For most residential mortgages, my services are completely free to you. The lender pays my fee when your mortgage closes. In rare situations involving private or non-standard lending, there may be a broker fee, but I will always disclose that upfront before you commit to anything.
Your bank offers only their own products at their own rates. I have access to top lenders and can compare options side by side to find the best fit.
